Terms of Service

Effective September 24, 2026

These terms govern your use of the js data self-serve service, including the account you create at jsdata.ai and the data pipelines we operate for you (the "Service"). The Service is provided by JS Data and Media Consults, Inc. ("js data", "we", "us"). By starting a free trial or subscription you agree to these terms on behalf of the company you represent. If you signed a separate written agreement with js data, that agreement controls where it differs from these terms.

The Service

After you authorize read-only access to your shop through a platform's official authorization flow and connect a data warehouse you own (for example Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery or Snowflake), we extract the data you selected and deliver it to that warehouse, refreshed on the schedule of your plan. Your js data account shows your connected shops, recent metrics and the status of each delivery. You are responsible for the warehouse and the access credentials you provide; you can change or remove them at any time in your account.

Free trial

New subscriptions start with a 7-day free trial, or a 10-day free trial when the subscription starts with the Target add-on (Target takes about 48 hours to set up your file-sharing account). Your account has one subscription: your TikTok Shop plan, connector plan and retail add-ons are all on it and on one monthly invoice, and the trial applies to the whole subscription. Anything you add while the trial is running joins it; anything you add after your paid subscription has started is charged from the day you add it, with no trial. A payment card is required to start the trial. You are not charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription starts automatically when the trial ends and your card is charged the monthly price of your plan and then the same price every month until you cancel. The date and amount of your first charge are shown before you start the trial and in Billing in your account. During the trial we sync your recent data; your full available history is loaded when your paid subscription starts. You can end the trial early and start paying at any time to load your full history right away. Some sources keep limited history: Target keeps its files for about 28 days, so Target data starts from the files available when you connect and there is no older backfill. Sephora is set up with our team once Sephora issues your production API key; its trial starts when the key is issued. There is no setup fee. One free trial per company.

Billing and cancellation

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through our payment processor, Stripe. Current prices are listed at jsdata.ai/pricing. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
• A connector plan covers up to the number of connected sources shown for that plan; retail add-ons (such as Target and Sephora) are priced separately and do not count toward it.
• Upgrades and additions (a higher plan, an add-on or a new product line) take effect immediately and are charged pro rata for the rest of the current billing month. Downgrades and removals (a lower plan, removing an add-on or a product line) take effect at the end of the current billing month, with no credit for the rest of that month; you can undo a scheduled change before then in Billing.
• You can cancel your whole subscription, or remove a single product line, at any time in Billing in your account. If you cancel during the trial, you will not be charged. If you cancel after the trial, the service stays active until the end of the current paid month and is not renewed. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial months.
• If a payment fails, we may pause data delivery until payment is completed.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. The new price applies from your next billing period after the notice.

Your accounts and authorizations

You confirm that you are authorized to connect the shops you connect and to accept these terms for your company. Keep your account password confidential. You can revoke our access to a shop at any time in that platform's settings; data delivery for that shop stops when access is revoked.

Your data

Your data belongs to you. We process it only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy, and we deliver it only to warehouses you own. When your subscription ends we stop extracting data and delete the credentials and any of your data held on our infrastructure within 30 days. Data already delivered to your warehouse stays under your control.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to break the law, to violate a platform's terms, to access shops you are not authorized to access, or to interfere with the Service or other customers.

Third-party platforms

The Service depends on platform APIs, such as the TikTok Shop Open API, that are operated by third parties. js data is not affiliated with or endorsed by those platforms. Platforms may change or limit their APIs, data availability or history windows, and we are not responsible for data a platform does not provide.

Availability and changes

We work to deliver your data on schedule and to alert and repair failures promptly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may improve or change the Service; we will not materially reduce the core features of your plan during a paid period.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in these terms, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, js data will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or lost profits, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by canceling in Billing. We may suspend or end the Service if you materially breach these terms, including non-payment, after notice where reasonable.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will post the updated version here with a new effective date and email active subscribers about material changes before they take effect.
